A local dentist, who suffered neck and arm injuries in a 2012 car accident, has received an award of over $450,000. Attorneys Doug Horn and Laurie Del Percio disclosed that the case was recently settled after a year-long litigation. “This was a particularly complex case as our client’s injuries forced him to retire from his dental practice. He was a very skilled dentist and, due to his injuries, he did not feel he could deliver the same professional dental service that his patients were used to”, said Horn.
